Video script questions

How do I use a video script template?+

Pick the format, switch to Template, then replace each [blank] with your own lines. Read it aloud once and trim anything you stumble on.

How long should a video script be?+

This page times every script at 150 words per minute, the default speed of the online teleprompter. Read yours aloud once, then set your own words per minute from how long it really took.

What is a shot note?+

One line per section that says where the camera, b-roll or on-screen text goes, so you plan the cuts before you record. Read the script on the online teleprompter, and write the opening line with the hook generator.
