1. Description of ClipsPal

ClipsPal is an AI-powered video automation platform that helps app marketers and content creators produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. The platform generates scripts, creates AI video with custom characters, adds captions, and can automatically post content through connected integrations.

2. Account & Access

You must create an account with accurate information to use ClipsPal. Access to features depends on your subscription plan. When your subscription expires, your account will revert to a limited or view-only state until renewed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClipsPal to:
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Share your login credentials with others
- Use the platform in any way that violates the terms of connected third-party services (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Generate content that violates the content policies of any platform you post to

4. AI-Generated Content

ClipsPal uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, images, and video content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content you publish complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights. ClipsPal does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Subscription & Billing

ClipsPal offers subscription plans with recurring billing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. User Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

ClipsPal retains ownership of all platform software, trademarks, and materials. Content you create using the platform (scripts, videos, characters) belongs to you, subject to the licenses of underlying AI models and third-party services used to generate that content.

8. Service Availability

ClipsPal is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipsPal and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
